Lee Creative Arts Summer Camp Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Lee Creative Arts Summer Camp! By registering for our camp, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Payment
a. To secure your spot at the music summer camp, a non-refundable deposit of $100 must be paid upon registration.
b. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than four weeks before the start of the camp.
c. If the remaining balance is not received four weeks before the camp, your registration may be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
d. Payments can be made online through the provided invoice payment gateway.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Participants may cancel their registration up to two weeks before the camp starts to receive a credit of any amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
b. Cancellations made within two weeks of the camp's start date will result in the forfeiture of the entire balance paid, including the deposit.
c. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or another electronic method.

3. Camp Rules and Conduct
a. All participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the camp.
b. Participants must adhere to the instructions of camp staff and instructors at all times.
c. Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others may result in immediate dismissal from the camp without a refund.
d. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment during the camp.
e. Lee Creative Arts Summer Camp is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

4. Liability and Waiver
a. The camp assumes no liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by participants during the camp.
b. All participants must sign a waiver and release of liability before participating in any activities at the camp.
c. Participants will be held responsible for any damages they cause to camp property.

5. Changes and Cancellations by the Camp
a. Lee Creative Arts Summer Camp reserves the right to cancel the camp at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment.
b. If the camp is cancelled, all payments made by participants will be credited to their account.

6. Parent Release Form for Photography and Videography
By registering for the camp, I, the undersigned, grant permission for Lee Creative Arts, Llc. to use video footage and/or photographs of my child. This content may be used for various purposes, including, but not limited to:
Printed materials (e.g., brochures, newsletters)
Online and offline advertising and promotion
Social media content and other digital platforms
I acknowledge that I am providing unrestricted permission for my child’s image to be used in these media. I understand that no identifying information, such as name or location, will be associated with the video or images.
